Pediatric urology is a specialized field of medicine that deals with the surgical treatment of genitourinary system disorders in children. The age range of patients treated by pediatric urologists is from birth to early adulthood, encompassing both boys and girls. The disorders commonly treated by pediatric urologists include issues with urination, reproductive organs, and testes.
